The platform checks itself every 5 minutes and writes down the result. A check that should have happened and did not is counted as time down, rather than skipped — which is the part most status pages get wrong, and they get it wrong in their own favour.
What this cannot see is an outage that takes the whole platform and its database together, because then there is nothing left running to write the row. Only a monitor somewhere else can catch that, and we do not have one yet.
Why there is nothing else on this page
This page used to publish the operating detail of the first operator’s own business — every scheduled job by name and schedule, release counts, open error counts. All of it was accurate and none of it was ours to put on the open web. It was removed on 2 November 2026.
If you are an operator, the detail for your own account is in your portal, including who changed what. If you are evaluating us and need something specific for your insurer or your accountant, ask and we will answer it directly.
